These terms govern your use of Nomster, operated by Manuel Muñoz Sánchez ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Nomster you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Nomster lets you browse dishes by country, log dishes you have tried, keep a want-to-try list, and discover nearby restaurants. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK). Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You keep ownership of the ratings, reviews and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and process it as needed to operate Nomster, including showing ratings and reviews anonymously on dish pages and, if you enable a public profile, on that profile. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.

We may remove content, change usernames, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.
Restaurant and map information comes from third parties such as Google. It may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify opening hours and details, and check for allergens and dietary requirements directly with the restaurant. Dish descriptions and images are informational and not dietary or medical advice.
The Nomster name, software and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Dish images may come from third-party sources; if you believe something infringes your rights, contact info@2mst.com and we will review it promptly.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
Nomster is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Nomster. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using Nomster and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@2mst.com. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these terms or to protect the service.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
